Deep cleaning is priced on the size of the property, its condition and how many cleaners the job needs. Tell us the bedroom count and whether it is a villa or apartment, and we confirm a fixed price before anything is booked. There is no call-out charge.
How long does a deep clean take?
A one-bedroom apartment is usually a half day with a small team. A large villa can take a full day or two days. We size the team to finish in one visit wherever possible.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Many clients hand over keys or arrange access through building security or their agent. We send confirmation when the team arrives and when the job is finished.
Will it pass a landlord or agency inspection?
That is what the handover clean is built for. If the inspection flags anything we missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return to put it right at no extra cost.
