The price depends on the size of the property, its condition and whether it is a villa or apartment. Tell us the bedroom count and we confirm a fixed price before anything is booked.
Does the property need to be empty?
An empty property gives the best result, because the team can reach inside wardrobes, behind appliances and along every wall. Let us know if some furniture will remain.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many clients hand over keys or arrange access through building security or their agent. We confirm when the team arrives and when the job is finished.
Will it pass the landlord inspection?
That is what the handover clean is built for. If the inspection flags anything we missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return to put it right at no extra cost.
